The EU funded ComScience project brings recent EU research results in Life Sciences into local communities through science communicators from five different EU cities. The initiative aims to exchange best practices and cooperation between cities and regions for the development of a scientific culture at the local level.

Biology online: Biology-Online.org is a free resource for biology related information run by enthusiasts from all around the world. It features a biology discussion board, made up of sections on Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Zoology, Evolution, Microbiology, Bioinformatics, Human Biology, Botany, Genetics, Physiology, Ecology and others.
