The EUSEM streaming film materials have been produced with QuickTime™ version 7. In case your browser does not have a proper QuickTime™ configuration or is it not detecting the pluging correctly, you have the following options:

• >> download QuickTime™ << (free)
• download non-streaming formats from the film pages (mouse right-click on relevant link)
• Reestablish your QuickTime™ settings (if you have QuickTime™ installed but the plug-in was not detected) by following the directions below:

1. Click the Start button, then Settings, then Control Panel... Double click the QuickTime™ icon.
2. Choose Browser Plugin from the drop down menu at the top
3. Click the "MIME settings..." button
4. Make sure "QuickTime™ Movie (.mov, .qt) video/quicktime" is selected
5. Click OK

Apple Macintosh users:

1. Under the Apple menu, select Control Panels, then choose QuickTime™ Settings.
2. Choose Browser Plugin from the drop down menu at the top.
3. Click the "MIME settings..." button.
4. Make sure "QuickTime™ Movie (.mov, .qt) video/quicktime" is selected.
5. Click OK.
6. If your browser is open, you'll be alerted that it must quit before the settings can take effect - Click OK.
7. Close the QuickTime™ Settings window.
